The Network Bonus is a permanent system within the Coinlocally ecosystem, where users can earn bonuses (in USDT) by inviting their friends and contributing to the growth of the Coinlocally community. This system is always active and is not limited to a specific time period.

1.1. Bonuses are granted only to eligible users (verified accounts with completed KYC).
1.2. Each user is allowed to have only one main account (UID) eligible for bonuses. Multiple or duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and bonus cancellation.
1.3. All bonuses are credited to the Futures account and are non-transferable and non-withdrawable directly.

2.1. A referrer becomes eligible for rewards only when all referred users have:
- Successfully registered on Coinlocally Exchange,
- Completed KYC verification,
- Linked and verified their account within the Bonus Network System (BNS) Mini App.
2.2. Each referred user must complete the above steps within 30 days of registration to be considered a valid referral.

3.1. Bonuses are distributed only after eligibility verification and will be credited to the Futures account within 7 to 14 business days.
3.2. Coinlocally reserves the right to manually review or delay bonus payments in cases of suspicious activity, bot-like behavior, or fake referrals.

4.1. Bonuses are for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
4.2. Only profits generated from trading using the bonus are eligible for withdrawal, and up to 50% of the original bonus value may be withdrawn.
Example: If a user receives a $20 bonus, up to $10 of profit earned through that bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3. If the bonus amount is lost during trading, it will not be reissued or replaced.

5.1. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and bonus removal:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses.
- Conducting artificial or coordinated trades (wash trading) to activate bonuses.
- Referring fake, invalid, or non-KYC accounts.
5.2. Coinlocally reserves the right to review and freeze any suspicious bonus transactions or referral records at any time.

6.1. Coinlocally may update or modify these rules at any time without prior notice to improve the BNS system.
